At Fiction Feedback, we assure our customers of confidentiality. As a result, we need our reviewers, editors and other suppliers to please sign up to the following:

1. Not to forward, share, publicise or pass on in any way any of the work submitted for critique, edit or formatting, either in entirety or extract
2. Not to talk or write about the work in any way that could possibly lead to its identification
3. Not to discuss or otherwise share the concept, ideas, plot, story or characters of the work
4. Not to divulge any author’s name
– to anyone outside Fiction Feedback at any time.

We also need you to agree:
5. To delete the submission within six months of submitting your critique or edit.

We recognise that you might need to share your critiques if you are applying for similar work. Please anonymise these before doing so; removing the title, author name and reducing character names to initials throughout. Please request absolute confidentiality of the recipient. You must not share the work that was the subject of the review. If you’re in doubt, please contact us – we will do our best to help.
If you need to show examples of editing to a prospective client or employer, you must not do this without our express permission. Please get in touch with details of the extract you’d like to use and Fiction Feedback will seek permission from the author.
